By interacting with Cozulemez Music Group (CMG), all artists, labels, and agents agree to the following non-negotiable professional standards. CMG is an elite strategic hub; projects failing to meet our rigorous standards will be terminated without prior notice.
1. Intellectual Property & Zero-Tolerance Plagiarism
Every asset delivered to the CMG ecosystem must be 100% original. Our infrastructure utilizes advanced AI-driven Audio Fingerprinting to cross-reference every upload against global databases.
- Unauthorized "Samples" or un-licensed stems result in immediate rejection. CMG maintains a manual audit board for complex licensing cases.
- Account termination is absolute upon detection of copyright infringement. All accrued royalties will be escrowed pending legal resolution.
- The Content Provider assumes all legal and financial liability for rights-clearance failures.
2. Anti-Fraud & Algorithmic Auditing (AI)
CMG deploys proprietary neural networks to monitor streaming velocity. We analyze millions of data points per second to identify Artificial Streaming (Botting).
Fraud Detection Protocols
Projects utilizing paid reach-services or deceptive bot-playlists are automatically quarantined. Quarantined assets are frozen for a minimum of 180 days for internal forensic investigation.
3. Technical Fidelity & Strategic Catalog Rotation
CMG represents the upper echelon of digital distribution. Submissions undergo a rigorous A&R fidelity check before entering our global pipeline.
Mastering Integrity
Audio files (.WAV / 24-bit, 48kHz or higher) must meet professional broadcast LUFS standards (-14 LUFS target). Tracks with significant dynamic range errors or digital clipping will be sanitized or rejected.
Strategic Rotation: CMG reserves the executive right to rotate or prioritize catalog assets based on global performance metrics and territorial potential.
4. Global Rights & Digital Sovereignty
Our model is built on artist sovereignty. You retain 100% ownership of your Master Recordings. CMG acts as your technological vanguard and licensing agent.
- Territorial Licensing: We manage complex regional rights (China, Russia, MEA) ensuring full legal compliance in every digital territory.
- Metadata Sovereignty: Automatic ISRC/ISWC assignment and global DSP synchronization are executed with surgical precision.
