Privacy Policy &
Data Sovereignty.

Cozulemez Music Group (CMG) infrastructure secures artist and elite label catalog data under international encryption and privacy standards. Our data security architecture exceeds ISO/IEC 27001 industrial requirements.

1. Strategic Data Capture & Neural Analysis

Upon integration, we capture identity (Legal/Entity), musical metadata, and hyper-granular streaming statistics. This data is utilized exclusively for performance forecasting and precision royalty calculation.

2. Third-Party Synapse (DSPs)

For global distribution, your data is transmitted solely to verified partners via encrypted API bridges (Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, etc.). CMG maintains a Zero-Sale policy regarding creator data; we do not monetize your information through secondary advertisement networks.

3. Revenue Encryption & 256-Bit SSL Protocols

Financial and banking instrumentation is protected via enterprise-grade SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption. CMG implements Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all internal administrative access points.

Zero-Knowledge Layers

Sensitive financial dossiers and creator identity documents are stored utilizing Zero-Knowledge encryption pillars. Decryption keys remain exclusively at authorized endpoints, ensuring internal personnel access is non-existent unless audited.

4. Asset Integrity & The "Vault" Protocol

Unreleased demos, master artworks, and high-fidelity project files are secured via AWS-KMS Key Management. We adhere to a strict non-leak non-disclosure policy. Your project is locked in the CMG Digital Vault until the scheduled release synchronization.

5. Global Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

CMG is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Creators maintain the absolute right to data portability and immediate erasure of their digital footprint within our platform.
